Christopher Mullins, born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia, arrived back to this area in 1996 from serving a 4 year term with the United States Marine Corp. At that time, he began to start his career as a carpenter.  This soon lead him to become a Class A Building Contractor. In 2000, Mullins became the president of CM Contracting of Virginia based out of Keswick, Virginia, which has grown and now become Mullins Construction & Remodeling, LLC.

Mullins holds a Class "A" Building License with the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
